Desarrollo e implementación de un sistema informático para mejorar la elaboración de reportes de factor de balance de potencia y balance de energía Electro Oriente S.A. Iquitos - 2021

Abstract

ELOR SA, through the planning, management and regulation management, through the head of information and communication technologies, identified the need to develop a computer system that allows the loading and processing of technical commercial information and result in the reports of the annexes 1 and 2 of the manual for preparing the power balance factor and monthly energy balance, with which the cost is minimized, thus overcoming the problem of compiling the physical files, or in spreadsheets, registered by the technicians in charge of supervise the operation of the transformation plants. The question is what is the effect of the development and implementation of a computer system in the preparation of reports of the power balance factor and energy balance ELOR 2021? The objective was to determine said effect, for this the specific objectives are to evaluate before and after the implementation of the computer system, and to describe the difference of these evaluations; With the implementation, it is expected to improve the preparation of reports. The research is quantitative, applied, with non-experimental, analytical and cross-sectional intervention. The sample universe is made up of 62 reports. The non-parametric Chi square statistic of homogeneity was applied with a level of 0.05. The relevant results are that with the use of the computer system 100% of the reports are prepared too quickly and present the real magnitude. It is concluded that the effect of the computer system is of improvement in the preparation of ELOR S.A. reports. 2021.

ELOR S.A., a través de la gerencia de planeamiento gestión y regulación, mediante la jefatura de tecnologías de información y comunicación, identificó la necesidad de desarrollar un sistema informático que permita cargar y procesar la información técnico comercial y tener como resultado los reportes de los anexos 1 y 2 del manual de elaboración del factor de balance potencia y balance de energía mensual, con el cual se minimiza el costo, de este modo superar la problemática de recopilar las fichas físicas, o en hojas de cálculo, registradas por los técnicos encargados de supervisar el funcionamiento de las plantas de transformación. La interrogante es ¿cuál es el efecto del desarrollo e implementación de un sistema informático en la elaboración de reportes del factor de balance potencia y balance de energía ELOR 2021? El objetivo fue determinar dicho efecto, para tal los objetivos específicos son evaluar antes y después de la implementación del sistema informático, y describir la diferencia de estas evaluaciones; con la implementación se espera mejorar la elaboración de reportes. La investigación es cuantitativo, aplicada, con intervención no experimental, analítico y transversal. El universo muestral está constituido por 62 reportes. Se aplicó la estadística no paramétrica Chi cuadrado de homogeneidad con un nivel de 0.05. Los resultados relevantes es que con el uso del sistema informático 100% de los reportes se elaboran demasiado rápido y presentan la magnitud real. Se concluye que el efecto del sistema informático es de mejora en la elaboración de reportes ELOR S.A. 2021.
