The objective of the study was to determine the predictors of the quality of educational management in secondary schools of the Fernando Lores district, 2018. The type of research was predictive with field, transectional and multivariate design. The population consisted of 27 public secondary schools, and the reporting units were principals, teachers, and students. Most of these schools are located in the rural area. Valid and reliable questionnaires were used as data collection tools. The results show that 92% of the educational community involved perceive their quality of management as average. The same happens with the quality indicators. In the bivariate analysis, it was shown that methodology (p-value = 0.038 <0.05) and leadership (p-value = 0.014 <0.05) have a statistically significant association. That is, there is a relationship between how school leaders perform their tasks and duties with the achievement of educational objectives and values, that is, their institutional mission and vision. However, according to the binary logistic regression model, the methodology and the leadership variables do not predict the quality of educational management (p-value = 0.497 and 0.120> 0.05) and the model presented a coefficient of determination of 27% to 36%.
