The current research evaluated the nutritional state of patients with diabetes Mellitus type 2, patientshospitalized in the Internal Medicine Service of the Regional Hospital from Loreto on January and June 2016. Medical histories from 81 hospitalized patients were use don this research. It obtained Socioeconomic variables, anthropometric measures, glucose, deficiency renal chronic and Time desease.The research made a descriptive and correlational analysis between the nutrional state, the deficiency renal chronic and time desease.The 48.1% gave a normal IMC but the research found a high percentage on overweight patients. Overweigt patients (32.1%) and Obesity (9.9%). Most of the hospitalized patients suffer diabetes Mellitus type 2 between 5 to 9 yeans old who have this kind of desease (30.9%) which 17 % have normal IMC. It did not find a relationship between the nutritional state and the time desease. On the analysis from hospitalized patients with diabetes Mellitus type 2 who have IRC, the 23.5% have normal IMC. It did not find a relationship between the Ntritional state and deficiency renal chronic (IRC).
