The present work entitled “Development Module Integrated Logistics Information System for Administrative Financial Company Electro Oriente SA”. Is intended to support one of the processes in the area of logistics such as Purchase Order and Service. Electro Oriente SA is a company with generation and marketing of electricity, committed to developing socially responsible. It is located at Av. Augusto Freyre # 1168 as headquarters, with other offices in San Martin, Amazonas Cajamarca, with their respective business units. Within the business process, for example by developing a Purchase order process or service, logistics operators perform as a first step, the verification of existing requirements once verified proceed to perform the process of being call for service and the bidding process if purchase order. All these processes have a period. Logistics Module Integrated Financial Information System for Administrative Company Electro Oriente SA, under the standard methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process), connected to a database entity-relationship model in the database manager was then developed Microsoft SQL Server data 2008 R2, with a language of object-oriented programming in Windows Form platform programming language C Sharp 2010 version. As result obtained, shows that with the computer system has reduced the time of purchase order inquiry by an average of 92.24%, see Service Order to 87.52%, and reporting to 91.37%.
