Diseño de un modelo de gobierno electrónico, utilizando diseño web para mejorar los servicios en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas

Abstract

La investigación tu como objetivo Diseñar un modelo de gobierno electrónico utilizando diseño web para mejorar la calidad de la gestión y control de los servicios en lla municipalidad provincial de Maynas , la investigación pertenece al tipo descriptivo y el diseño fue el no experimental de tipo transversal, cuyos resultados se presentan en tablas, de acuerdo a los objetivos del proyecto, La población la conformo todos los vecinos de la ciudad Iquitos y la muestra lo constituyo 100 vecinos elegidos por conveniencia. La técnica empleada en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario, el análisis e interpretación de la información se efectuó utilizando la estadística descriptiva, Concluyendo: Para una población con una muestra de 17 evaluadores, el estadístico más apropiado es la prueba t. Con un valor de significancia de α = 0.05 con n-1 grados de libertad. El valor de t = -1.746, de acuerdo a valores en la tabla de valores de probabilidad acumulada para la Distribución t-Student. Como el valor encontrado es mayor que el valor de t en tablas, se acepta la hipótesis de Investigación “Si diseñamos un modelo de gobierno electrónico utilizando diseño web entonces mejorara los servicios en la municipalidad provincial de Maynas por lo cual se acepta la hipótesis de la investigación.

The objective of the research was to design an electronic government model using web design to improve the quality of management and control of services in the provincial municipality of Maynas, the research belongs to the descriptive type and the design was the non-experimental type of transversal, The results are presented in tables, according to the objectives of the project. The population was made up of all the residents of the city of Iquitos and the sample was constituted by 100 neighbors chosen for convenience. The technique used in the data collection was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, the analysis and interpretation of the information was made using descriptive statistics, Concluding: For a population with a sample of 17 evaluators, the most appropriate statistic is the t test. With a significance value of α = 0.05 with n-1 degrees of freedom. The value of t = -1.746, according to values in the table of cumulative probability values for the t-Student distribution.
