The present work entitled "Analysis, Design and Implementation of Management System securities in custody for the Banco de Credito del Peru BCP - Iquitos Branch Office" aims to support the administration of the trust securities such as bank guarantees and cashier's checks of the financial institution. The BCP Branch Office Iquitos belonging to Commercial Area Provinces 1 of the Commercial Division of the Central Retail Banking according the functional organization of the BCP, which is located in the Prospero jiron, differing from the other two agencies to be the Principal therefore called Branch Office. lt is divided into five teams, which include, Processes, Services Platform, SME, Collections and SME Core. Inside the business, for example for exercising the functions of customer service in the cancellation of their current accounts or to any type of retaining a certain current account, the Processes team develops cashier's checks; Similarly officials SME team in their duties, they use the guarantees to grant loans of high volume at preferential rates; in both cases, these securities as the cashier's checks and guarantees are guarded in vault until their respective discharge. The appropriate administration that gives these securities while are guarded is relevant, because it depends on the efficiency of attention provided to clients, especially in the case of SME officials who guarantees performs various movements befare being constituted for final custody. Currently the information is registered in an Excel fonnat, where only receive a marked when it had been moved by an official; and dates of movements securities haven't been registered, or more data such as which official is in charge, or which are amounts or currencies of the securities, etc. This causes delay in service, because the official consultation to the supervisor in charge for a specified securities and the answer just is say if the securities is or not in custody, without being able to give explanation if it' s outside, as: who other officer or area as made it, what date occurred. And without being able to indicate its status, which are customers want to know; officials having the need to go to vault to verify the documentation to know the status. It was developed the Management System Securities in Custody in the standard methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process), connected to a database entity-relationship with database's manager Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 2008, with a programming language object-oriented, in web platform ofthe programming language C Sharp 2010 version. As a result, it appears that the computer system has been reduced the time to consult about moving security by an average of 92.24%, has been reduced the time to consult about status of a security to 87.52%, and reduced time in generating reports to 91.37%.
