The purpose of this thesis was to comprehend how a variable like institutional management is related to the management of the information and communications technology in the teaching processes developed by the teachers from the educative institutions of Callao’s Network Nº 11. This research is of a quantitative nature and uses a non-experimental design of correlational scope. The sample was probabilistic of a stratified type as it took a share of the population and consisted of 191 teachers to whom two instruments of evaluation were applied: the questionnaire of institutional management of Manuel Torres and the questionnaire of use of the ICTs of Santiago Mengual, previously validated by the author of this work. The data obtained with the application of these instruments were processed using the statistical software SSPS V25. The results obtained showed that the studied variables were significantly correlated (r = 0,82). Moreover, it was found that the different dimensions of both variables are correlated, so it can be concluded that the research hypotheses have been accepted.
