The research was developed in the community of Moccoraise, district of Cusipata, province of Quispicanchis Department of Cusco. Its main purpose propose a solution to the problem of the unplanned growth and without any planning in a community, through an urban planning approach in the community of Moccoraise. This was done from studies and modern engineering instruments, with an urban approach with schematic level, applying standards, carrying out a diagnosis of risks, land use and cadastral survey with the support of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). The methodology consisted of making a current analysis of the study area, then a photogrammetric flight was conducted to obtain the topography of the land identifying the use of soils and the risk level of danger. In the same way, the plans were made for the current situation and applying the current regulations of the National Regulation of Buildings and a proposed Scheme for Urban Planning. In conclusion the community after several exhibitions and participatory meetings, understood that considering respecting this approach for urban development will mean better future living conditions.
