Gestión de las juntas económicas y el financiamiento no tradicional en la asociación de mototaxistas Virgen del Carmen de la ciudad de Quillabamba, La Convención, año 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, que lleva por título GESTIÓN DE LAS JUNTAS ECONÓMICAS Y EL FINANCIAMIENTO NO TRADICIONAL EN LA ASOCIACIÓN DE MOTOTAXISTAS VIRGEN DEL CARMEN DE LA CIUDAD DE QUILLABAMBA, LA CONVENCIÓN, AÑO 2016. El presente estudio tiene el siguiente alcance: Descriptivo, con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo (Hernández Sampieri 2014) La población de informantes está constituida por los 36 socios que conforman la Asociación de Mototaxistas Virgen del Carmen de la ciudad de Quillabamba. El tamaño de la muestra para la investigación lo constituye la totalidad de miembros activos agrupados en torno a la Asociación de Mototaxistas Virgen del Carmen de la Ciudad de Quillabamba. Las técnicas de recolección de datos, han sido el análisis documental, la observación y los cuestionarios, los datos han sido procesados con el programa Excel y programa estadístico SPSS. El objetivo del presente estudio es describir las características que presenta la Gestión de las Junta Económica y el Financiamiento No Tradicional en la Asociación de Mototaxistas Virgen del Carmen de la ciudad de Quillabamba, La Convención, Año 2016; asi mismo se comprobó nuestra hipótesis que planteaba que las Juntas Económicas en la ciudad de Quillabamba de la Asociación de taxistas tienen características sui generis y constituyen un medio de financiamiento no tradicional que constituye ahorro inversión basada en la confianza y honestidad de sus asociados con un costo financiero bajo en el mercado en el periodo 2016; por lo que concluimos que las juntas económicas presentan características particulares entre las que se identificó el ser una organización estructurada en base a la confianza y auto regulación por parte de sus participantes que bajo la modalidad de aporte diario han logrado establecer un sistema de ahorro y financiamiento.

The present study has the following scope: Descriptive, with non-experimental design and quantitative approach (Hernández Sampieri 2014) The population of informants is constituted by the 36 partners that make up the Association of Mototaxists Virgen del Carmen of the city of Quillabamba. The sample size for the investigation consists of all the active members grouped around the Association of Mototaxists Virgen del Carmen of the City of Quillabamba. The techniques of data collection, have been the documentary analysis, observation and questionnaires, the data has been processed with the Excel program and statistical program SPSS. The objective of this study is to describe the characteristics presented by the Management of the Economic Board and the Nontraditional Financing in the Association of Mototaxistas Virgen del Carmen of the city of Quillabamba, La Convención, 2016; Likewise, our hypothesis was verified that the Economic Boards in the city of Quillabamba of the Association of taxi drivers have sui generis characteristics and constitute a nontraditional means of financing that constitutes investment savings based on the trust and honesty of its associates at a cost low financial market in the 2016 period; so we conclude that the economic boards have particular characteristics among which was identified as an organization structured on the basis of trust and self-regulation by its participants that under the form of daily contribution have managed to establish a system of savings and financing
