Análisis de la incidencia del desempleo en los agremiados del Colegio de Licenciados en Turismo en tiempos de Covid 19, Cusco 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación titulado “ANÁLISIS DE LA INCIDENCIA DEL DESEMPLEO EN LOS AGREMIADOS DEL COLEGIO DE LICENCIADOS EN TURISMO EN TIEMPOS DE COVID 19, CUSCO 2020” tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de desempleo en los agremiados al colegio de licenciados en turismo en tiempos de COVID 19, Cusco 2020. La metodología utilizada para la elaboración del presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo cuantitativo y nivel descriptivo, el cual consiste en analizar cómo se encuentra la situación de los agremiados al colegio de licenciados en turismo en esta emergencia sanitaria observando que la situación de las empresas turísticas tuvieron que ser cerradas por falta de demanda, el diseño es no experimental donde se observa que los agremiados al colegio de licenciados en turismo tienen un rol importante debido a su participación por lo cual el tercer capítulo se trabaja con una población de 1153 agremiados habilitados al colegio de licenciados en turismo teniendo una característica finita y un muestreo no probabilístico de 289 agremiados de carácter voluntario y las encuestas son realizadas para ver cómo se desarrolló el desempleo en los agremiados del colegio de licenciados en turismo en estos tiempos de la COVID-19. La presente investigación obtuvo como técnicas de recolección de datos la observación y la encuesta, en cuanto a los instrumentos de recolección de datos se tuvo el diario de campo y cuestionario que nos sirvieron para poder validar los resultados y tener una investigación de alcance sustancial. Se concluyó que el desempleo en los agremiados al colegio de licenciados en turismo es perjudicial tanto para los agremiados como su familia teniendo en cuenta que consigo trajo consecuencias negativas como: perdidas económicas, cierre de empresas turísticas, entre otras.

The present research entitled “ANALYSIS OF THE INCIDENCE OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE AGGREDUES OF THE COLLEGE OF LICENSED IN TOURISM IN TIMES OF COVID 19, CUSCO 2020“ aims to determine the level of unemployment in the unionized to the college of graduates in tourism in times of COVID 19, Cusco 2020. The methodology used for the preparation of this research work is quantitative and descriptive, which consists of analyzing how the situation of members of the college of tourism graduates is in this health emergency, observing that the situation of tourism companies They had to be closed due to lack of demand, the design is non-experimental where it is observed that the members of the college of tourism graduates have an important role due to their participation, which is why the third chapter works with a population of 1153 members authorized to the College of tourism graduates having a finite characteristic and a non-probabilistic sampling of 289 voluntary union members and surveys are carried out to see how unemployment developed in the union members of the college of tourism graduates in these times of COVID-19. The present investigation obtained as data collection techniques the observation and the survey, in terms of the data collection instruments, the field diary and questionnaire were used to validate the results and have a substantial investigation. It was concluded that unemployment in members of the College of Tourism graduates is detrimental to both members and their families, taking into account that it brought negative consequences such as: economic losses, closure of tourism companies, among others.
