This was an investigation of basic type with a quantitative research of non experimental and cross-sectional, descriptive scope design approach and you could meet the situation of management of financial liquidity in the aforementioned organizations. And through the use of the technique of the survey, the questionnaire instrument and statistical data processing. The results of the investigation show that little management of financial liquidity in their organizations there is than the 83.3% expressed. Which indicates that an efficient management of assets and liabilities in these organizations there is. On the results of the dimensions. It became known that the micro and small enterprises mentioned above have little general liquidity in accordance with the 75.8%, which indicates that sufficient cash there is in companies to carry out their operations. Also known that these organizations have little acid liquidity, according to the 69.7%, because better manage cash debts receivables and accounts payable. And finally was unveiled that micro and small enterprises producing have little working capital, so I say it the 56.1%, after paying its obligations, there is no money in the companies to operate day to day.
