The current research, titled Microfiltration in inlays cemented with thermomodified resin Ultradent form and thermomodified resin Z350 3M invitro study 2022, whose objective was to Determine the microfiltration in inlays cemented with thermomodified resin Ultradent form and thermomodified resin z350 3M invitro study 2022, Materials and methods 80 healthy human molar dental pieces were used. These teeth will be stored in saline until the time of the procedure. The teeth were divided into four groups, each consisting of 20 teeth, through a random process and placed in individual containers. Results: It is possible to observe that the presence of the upper right first molar is the one that shows the highest presence in our study with 22.5%, while the upper left first molar together with the lower left second molar presents the lowest percentage of presence with 5%. Furthermore, we observed that the presence of microleakage and its absence is equated through the analysis of the samples taken at the two times submitted to the study. We can also observe that the presence of microleakage of the ULTRADENT resin brand was 22.5% represented in 50% of the sample. In addition, the presence of microleakage of the 3M resin brand was 26.3% represented in 50% of the sample. Finally, we observe that the evaluation of the samples shows that the Ultradent brand shows 22.5% microleakage versus 26.3% for the 3M brand. Conclusions: There is equality in the microleakage analyzed in the samples through the groups by time. It was observed that the presence of microleakage of the ULTRADENT resin brand was lower in relation to the 3M brand. There is more microfiltration in the 3M resins. With the results obtained we can determine that both brands still had microleakage.
