Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la empresa Tatoo Adventure Gear, Perú, y tuvo como objetivo determinar la naturaleza del trabajo en equipo de los colaboradores de la fuerza de ventas de la mencionada organización a nivel nacional. El tipo de la investigación fue básico, de nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental; la población en estudio estuvo contituida por 28 promotores de ventas, de los cuales se recopiló información primaria a través de una encuesta elaborada específicamente para este trabajo.
Se determinó que el trabajo en equipo de los colaboradores de la fuerza de ventas de Tatoo Adventure Gear, Perú 2015, es “regular”, tal como lo evidencia el 85.7% de la población y una media de 2.5 ± 0.36 en la escala propuesta, es decir que si bien existe cooperación activa entre todos los miembros del equipo para conseguir propósitos comunes, esta interacción resulta enmarcada en el término medio de su potencial, limitando las actividades que los integrantes podrían ejecutar para alcanzar los objetivos del equipo. Los resultados de las dimensiones a nivel general son: complementariedad regular (64%), compromiso regular (54%), comunicación regular (64%), confianza buena (68%) y coordinación regular (75%). Dado que la investigación se desarrolló con la población total de los colaboradores de la fuerza de ventas se puede afirmar que el estudio tiene 100% de confiabilidad.
The present research work was developed in Tatoo Adventure Gear, Peru, and has as objective to determinate how teamwork of the employees of the sales force in the mentioned company is at a national level. The type of this research was basic, of a descriptive level and a not experimental design; the study population is constituted by 28 sales promoters, of which primary data was collected through a survey developed specifically for this work. It was determinated that the teamwork of the employees of the sales force of Tatoo Adventure Gear, Peru 2015, is “regular”, such as is evidentiated by the 85.7% of the population and an average of 2.5 ± 0.36 in the scale proposed, it means that even if there’s some active cooperation between the team members to achieve the common proposals, this interaction gets involved in the medium point of its potential, putting a limitation to the activities the members could execute to reach the team objectives. The results of the dimensions at a general level are: regular complementarity (64%), regular commitment (54%), regular communication (64%), good confidence (68%) and a regular coordination (75%). Since the research was conducted with the total population of the collaborators of the sales force, it can be said that the study has 100% of reliability.
