The present study was performed in the Ceradent Cusco Radiological Center in patients aged 14 to 21 years in the months of September to December to determine the concordance between the molar relationship and the facial biotype. The study was conducted with a total sample of 69 cases of both genders; The molar ratio according to the Angle classification was first evaluated, followed by the facial biotype using the vert index. The method of data collection was retrospective observational. When the results of these two variables were obtained, the following variables to class I, followed by 15.9% belonging to class III and finally 13.1% to class II. As for the facial biotype using the vert index, the following results were obtained; 39.1% for the facial meso type followed by dolichofacial with 20.3%, then the soft facial dolicula with a total of 14.5%, the braqui facial group with the percentage of 10.2%, after the Severe brachi with 8.7% and finally the severe dolico group with a total of 7.2%. Upon obtaining the result of these two variables the mesofacial patients present class I in a percentage of 27.5% that equals 19 cases. Classical facial dolico I has 14.5% equivalent to 10 cases, followed by soft dolico with class I 13% in total to 9 cases. Then the mesofacial class II group with 7.2%, equivalent to 5 cases, the other groups with low percentages being 5.8% for facial brachi and severe brachi belonging to class I. 4.3% for severe dolico class I, dolicofacial meso facial and brachial facial found in class III. 2.9% for the severe brachii class II and dolicho severe for class III and 1.4% for dolic facial and soft dolicho class II. The meso facial group had the highest percentage regardless of the molar ratio. The results found gave a moderate relationship. Concluding that it should be analyzed individually and not together.
