Actitud y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis en el Centro de Salud de Belenpampa, Cusco – 2018.

Abstract

La investigación: “ACTITUD DEL PACIENTE Y ADHERENCIA AL TRATAMIENTO EN PACIENTES CON DIAGNÓSTICO DE TUBERCULOSIS EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD DE BELENPAMPA,CUSCO -2108” tuvo como objetivo identificar la actitud y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis en el Centro de Salud de Belenpampa, Cusco. El diseño fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal con una muestra de 22 pacientes. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista.

RESULTADOS: Dentro de las características generales personales de los pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis se concluyó que el 55% son mujeres y 45% de pacientes son varones, 36 % tienen de 55 años a más y 18% tienen entre 15 a 24 años, el 45% de pacientes son convivientes y 27% son casados o solteros, según al grado de instrucción el 41% tiene estudios de nivel secundaria y 23% sin grado de instrucción, en cuanto a la procedencia el 64% residen en Cusco , en un 27% proceden de la Provincia de la Convención. En cuanto a la actitud del paciente con diagnóstico de tuberculosis en las dimensiones se concluyó que en el componente de actitud cognitiva el 45% es medianamente favorable y un 32% es desfavorable, en el componente de actitud afectiva el 41% es medianamente favorable y un 32% que es desfavorable, en el componente de actitud conductual el 45% es medianamente favorable y 23% que es desfavorable.

The research: “PATIENT ATTITUDE AND ADHERENCE TO TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS IN THE CENTER OF HEALTH OF BELENPAMPA, CUSCO -2108“ aimed to identify the attitude and adherence to treatment in patients diagnosed with tuberculosis in the Health Center of Belenpampa, Cusco. The design was descriptive and transversal with a sample of 22 patients. The technique used was the interview.

RESULTS: Among the general personal characteristics of patients diagnosed with tuberculosis, it was concluded that 55% are women and 45% of patients are men, 36% are 55 years of age or older, 23% are between 35 and 44 years old and 18% have between 15 and 24 years, 45% of patients are cohabiting and 27% are married or single, 41% have secondary education and 23% without education, 64% reside in Cusco, 27% come from the Province of the Convention and 9% come from the Province of Chumbivilcas.

Regarding the attitude of the patient diagnosed with tuberculosis in the dimensions, it was concluded that 45% of the cognitive attitude component is moderately favorable, 23% is favorable and 32% is unfavorable, in the affective attitude component 41 % is moderately favorable, 27% is favorable and 32% is unfavorable, in the behavioral attitude component 45% is moderately favorable, 32% is favorable and 23% is unfavorable.
