Responsabilidad social empresarial interna del Hotel Koyllur inn*** de la ciudad del Cusco 2020

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en el Distrito de Cusco, Provincia de Cusco, departamento de Cusco, la finalidad es describir la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial Interna en el Hotel Koyllur Inn de la ciudad del Cusco 2020. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación es cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo, un diseño no experimental y la técnica de investigación fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario elaborado específicamente para la investigación. El estudio concluye que la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial Interna del Hotel Koyllur Inn es inapropiada, debido a que el 72 % de los encuestados consideran que es regular, por otro lado, existe un 28% de los trabajadores que la considera buena, este resultado amerita aplicación de medidas correctivas inmediatas.

The present research work was developed in the District of Cusco, Province of Cusco, department of Cusco, its main objective is to Describe Internal Corporate Social Responsibility in Koyllur Inn Hotel of the city of Cusco 2020. The main objective of the research is to describe Internal Corporate Social Responsibility at the Hotel Koyllur Inn in the city of Cusco. Regarding the methodology, the research is quantitative at a descriptive level, a non-experimental design and the research technique was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire specifically developed for the research. The study concludes that the Internal Corporate Social Responsibility of the Hotel Koyllur Inn is inappropriate, because 72% of those surveyed consider that it is regular, on the other hand, there are 28% of the workers who consider it good, this result deserves application of immediate corrective measures.
