The field of construction has often been associated with poor performance, therefore, the concept of it is that of a field with low productivity. In addition to this, the level of job insecurity in which the workers work means that new work methodologies are needed to guarantee efficiency and compliance with the objectives set in the established times, the municipalities of the Cusco region are not exempt from this problem since there is a delay in carrying out public works and the economic loss that these delays entail, however, the appropriate measures are not yet taken to solve these problems, given this, the present investigation proposes the implementation of the Lean methodology Construction (5s), in the formwork, steel and concrete activities in the work “Improvement of the services of the municipal stadium of Urcos, blocks A, B and F; making a contrast of how productivity and safety are carried out in a conventional way and how these will improve with the implementation of said methodology, for this we worked from types of designs, one of engineering and the other inferential, the first consists of the collection data through the survey technique with the support of the questionnaire instrument to assess compliance with the G.050 standards before and after, the 5 "S" survey sheets to monitor and evolve the methodology during implementation; productivity indices were evaluated through balance letters, (productive time, tax time and non-tax time), before and after the application of the methodology; For the second design, learning questionnaires of the methodology for productivity, a questionnaire based on compliance with the G.050 standard and the 5”s” questionnaire have been carried out in order to determine the correlations between these variables. Concluding for the engineering design that the methodology of the 5 "s", is the one that has the best adaptability in the sector, reflecting new work habits on the part of the personnel, reducing the main sources of losses in the items of steel, formwork and concrete, achieving growth in productive time of 8.1%, reduction in contributory time of 1.6% and reduction in non-contributory time of 6.53%, as well as an increase in the percentage of compliance with the safety standard G.050, from 67.90% to 90.90%, and for the inferential design resulting in null correlations between the variables due to the small number of workers on site.
