The present research paper “The Principle of Good Registration In the System of Transfer of Real Estate With Relationship to the Domain Extinction Process“ as the main question how the third party in good faith register is affected with the process of extinction of dominance in the transfer of ownership, in our strong legal system we find the same legal figure “third in good faith“ in two exclusive areas of the right , in Article 2014o C.C., Article 66 of D.S. No. 007-2019-JUS regulation of Legislative Decree No. 1373. As the objective of this investigation has been to determine whether the bona faith third party of the civil code, is affected by third party in good faith of the domain extinction process, by developing the investigation the third bona faith of the domain extinction process, is an independent process, its development is more precise around who is the third party in good faith and who is needed to be a third party in good faith , development revolves around with those goods that have been the product of wrongdoing and acts that have given it easy access to certain goods, private goods that the state attempts to recover. We can determine in the development of the research work that the acquisition of a immovable property taking into account the legal figure of the third party of good registration faith, enshrined in article 2014 of the Peruvian Civil Code, its legal development is in a clear deficiency not in line with our system of transfer of property, which over time has been implemented new ways of protecting those who acquire a good , and who have failed to register their property rights in public records.
