Falta de leasing financiero y la renovación de los activos en la empresa de transportes Aragón SAC de Puerto Maldonado periodo 2016.

Abstract

La presente investigación se elabora con la finalidad de determinar la solución al problema planteado: “Cual es la relación que existe entre la Falta de Leasing Financiero y la renovación de los activos en la empresa de Transporte Aragón SAC de Puerto Maldonado periodo 2016” el enfoque de este tema es brindar a la empresa una opción de evaluar para sus futuras inversiones el financiamiento a través de Leasing Financiero. Con la realización de este trabajo se podrá poner énfasis en la hipótesis planteada: La falta de Leasing financiero se relaciona significativamente en la renovación de los activos en la Empresa de Transportes Aragón SAC de Puerto Maldonado periodo 2016. Por su carácter descriptivo, en la investigación se ha utilizado el diseño tipo no experimental transaccional correlacional, pues el objetivo es detallar situaciones y eventos tal y como se manifiestan a fin de analizar su incidencia y los valores en que se presentan las variables. Se ha utilizado como técnica la encuesta, con una población de 30 trabajadores de la empresa y los instrumentos que se realizaron son los cuestionarios de acuerdo a cada variable. El marco teórico referente al Leasing Financiero permite conocer una nueva alternativa de financiamiento para la adquisición de maquinaria, equipos, vehículos y otros bienes, que para la empresa es importante analizar para el financiamiento futuro de sus inversiones, dado que este tipo de decisiones afecta el capital de trabajo necesario para la continuidad del negocio. Finalmente se puede apreciar que existe una relación significativa entre las variables que son: La falta de Leasing Financiero y la renovación de activos.

This thesis is developed in order to determine the solution to the problem: “What is the relationship between the lack of financial leasing and renewal of assets in the company of Transport Aragón SAC Puerto Maldonado period 2016“ the approach of this issue is to give to the company an option to assess future investments for through Financial Leasing. With the completion of this work we may emphasize the hypothesis: Lack of financial leasing is significantly related to the renewal of assets in the Transport Company of Puerto Maldonado SAC Aragon 2016 period. For its descriptive, the research has been used the no experimental transactional correlational design type, the aim is to describe situations and events as manifested to analyze their impact and values in the variables. Has been used as technical survey, with a population of 30 workers of the company and the instruments were questionnaires which were made according to each variable. The reference to the Financial Leasing theoretical framework allows to know a new financing alternative for the acquisition of machinery, equipment, vehicles and other property, which is important for the company to analyze for the future financing of their investments, since such decisions affect the working capital necessary for business continuity. Finally it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the variables are: Lack of Financial Leasing and renewal of assets.
