Job stress and its relationship with job performance in Obstetricians of the Regional Hospital of Cusco, in times of COVID-19 -2022, aimed to determine the relationship between job stress and job performance in times of COVID-19 in Obstetricians of the Regional Hospital of Cusco -2022. The method was basic with a quantitative, correlational and non-experimental cross-sectional design approach, the sample consisted of 37 Obstetricians to whom the instrument for measuring work stress, authored by the ILO in coordination with the WHO, and the Boada Llerena work performance questionnaire was applied. It was concluded that a moderate inverse relationship was found between work stress and the proactivity dimension Rho=0.-666 (P=0.000), likewise a high inverse relationship between work stress and service capacity Rho=-0.739 (P=0.000), obstetric knowledge Rho=-0.754 (P=0.000) and diligence at work Rho=-0.757 (P=0.000). Finally, a high inverse relationship was determined between job stress and job performance Rho=-0.886 (p=0.000).
