Objective: The objective of this research work is to explain the tomographic evaluation of patients with endodontic treatments who attend the Luis Vallejos Santoni Stomatological Clinic, Cusco in the period 2018-2019. Material and methods: This research work is non-experimental of an observational, descriptive, quantitative type and is retrospective. The universe of tomographies was 500, of which 276 presented endodontic treatments. The population consisted of 556 dental pieces with endodontic treatments that were evaluated graphically through both the upper and lower jaw, a data collection sheet was applied for the variables of filling quality and tomographic manifestations, which was validated according to the judgment of experts. , the tomographic evaluation was carried out using a laptop, where the IRYS Viewer software was installed in which the respective cuts were made to carry out the study and obtain frequency and percentage results. Results: In the tomographic evaluation, the following was found regarding the filling quality of the 276 teeth; the highest percentage presented a correct quality of obturation (77.5%) and the lowest percentage presented an unacceptable quality of obturation (22.5%), the highest percentage showed the presence of tomographic manifestations (51.3%) and the lowest percentage presented absence (48.7% ). The highest percentage of pieces evaluated was for the left upper jaw (37.2%). Conclusions: The pieces evaluated tomographically presented mostly a correct filling quality and with a higher percentage of tomographic manifestations of the thickening of the periodontal space.
