Efectos en la rentabilidad del apalancamiento operativo en la Empresa de Transportes Liebre S.R.L. periodo 2015.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, cuyo objetivo principal es establecer los niveles de costos fijos y variables en la prestación de servicios con unidades de transporte con capacidad de 25 y 40 pasajeros en la empresa de Transporte Liebre S.R.L. Determinar el efecto del apalancamiento operativo en la empresa de Transporte Liebre para la decisión de renovación de la flota vehicular. Para el desarrollo de la tesis se ha aplicado el proceso y los procedimientos científicos establecidos por diversos autores; así como la metodología, técnicas e instrumentos establecidos en las normas de nuestra Universidad Andina del Cusco. Para llegar a solucionar la problemática y el contraste de los objetivos planteados la tesis se ha desarrollado en los siguientes capítulos: CAPÍTULO I.- Este capítulo está referido a la Introducción, el mismo que construye la base del trabajo de investigación: Planteamiento del problema, objetivos, justificación e importancia de la investigación, delimitación y limitación del estudio. CAPÍTULO II.- El capítulo contiene el Marco Teórico de la investigación: Antecedentes relacionados con la investigación, bases teóricas, marco conceptual, variables e indicadores. CAPÍTULO III.- Este capítulo está referido al Diseño Metodológico: contiene el alcance de la Investigación, población, muestra, técnica de recolección de datos y el procesamiento de datos. CAPÍTULO IV.-Este capítulo contiene los resultados de la investigación, tablas y gráficos con su respectivo análisis e interpretación de la encuesta realizada. CAPÍTULO V.- Contiene la Discusión, contrastación y verificación de los objetivos planteados, como forma para llegar a determinar las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo de Tesis. Posteriormente contiene las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones de la tesis. Finalmente se presenta la bibliografía y los anexos de la tesis que demuestran la consistencia del mismo.

For the development of the theory has been applied scientific process and procedures established by various authors; and the methodology, techniques and instruments established by the rules of our Andean University of Cusco.

To get to solve the problem and contrast of the objectives the thesis has been developed in the following chapters: CHAPTER I.- This chapter refers to the introduction, it builds the basis of the research: Problem, objectives, rationale and importance of the research, delimitation and limitation of the study. CHAPTER II.- The chapter contains the theoretical framework of the research: Background related research, theoretical, conceptual framework, variables and indicators. CHAPTER III.-This chapter is based on the Methodological Design: contains the scope of Research, population, sample, data collection technique and data processing. CHAPTER IV.-This chapter contains the results of the tables and graphs with their analysis and interpretation of the survey Contains. CHAPTER V.- Discussion and verification of contrasting objectives as a way to get to determine the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis work. Subsequently it contains the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis. Finally, the bibliography and the thesis that demonstrates the consistency of this is manifest.
