The objective of the research was to describe the business competitiveness of the Central Cooperative Agrarians Cafetieres del Valle de la Convention and Lares, of the province of the Convention, region of Cusco, so that it answers the question: How is the business competitiveness of the Central of Cooperatives Agrarian Coffee Growers of the Valley of the Convention and Lares, of the province of the Convention, region of Cusco? In that understanding the research method, it is of the pure or basic type, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional design and with a descriptive scope, for which the study unit was made up of a total of 33 workers and for the collection of the necessary information, materials were used, as is the case of the business competitiveness perception questionnaire, answered by all workers working in the company, there being no difficulty for its application. One of the most notorious findings is that business competitiveness reaches a high level that on average is 3.58; validated by high levels of innovation and with an average of 3.53; for productive flexibility with an average of 3.63 and for the quality of the product with an average of 3.85; where this last dimension is the best developed by the company demonstrating its ability to meet quality standards, preventive and concurrent control of production and feedback as part of the inspection system of the finished product. It is important to note that the company currently only presents an average level in terms of technology implementation, given by an average of 3.30 being the dimension with less average, so that the optimal production capacity of the machinery is not evidenced and advice and consulting that has been implemented by the company.
