The objective of this research work is to analyze the impact of carrying out an implementation of the Lean Construction methodology and 4D simulation in the programming and execution of the structural items of the work Improvement of Educational Services of the I.E.S. Daniel Estrada Pérez in the district of Santo Tomás, Chumbivilcas-Cusco. The research has the following methodology: quantitative approach, correlational descriptive level, hypothetical-deductive method and a non-experimental design. To carry out the implementation, it was initially necessary to imbue, through presentations and dynamics, the technical staff about the methodology to be used and their respective tools. Subsequently, an analysis was made of the construction process of the items of structures contemplated in the critical route, in the planning stage, the Last Planner System was used, whose first step was to carry out the Master Plan to determine the milestones of the project, the sectorization of the module to intervene, the train of activities according to the sequence of activities to be executed, generation of the approved Lean schedule, identification of restrictions and 3D modeling for subsequent 4D Simulation. In the execution stage, the analysis and release of weekly restrictions was carried out, having the PPC and CI indicators to determine the reliability of the approved Lean schedule, the balance chart readings were carried out to obtain the TP, TC and TNC, in the vertical concrete pouring and lightened concrete pouring activities, finally a survey was carried out on the technical personnel to determine their degree of perception regarding the 4D Simulation. The implementation of the Lean Construction and 4D Simulation methodology, allowed the execution of the structural items to be carried out within the Lean Approved schedule, in addition to this, it showed us that, although it was not possible to obtain an optimal PPC, it was possible to have a PPC for above standard; Regarding the productivity obtained through balance letters, the percentage of productive work was not as expected, however, the amount of TNC was reduced; Regarding the degree of perception obtained, it indicated that the technical staff of the project considers that the implementation of the 4D simulation helps to a high degree in the execution of the structural items.
