Abstract: En los últimos años en nuestro país, hemos sido testigos del alarmante crecimiento y exposición mediática de la violencia sufrida por mujeres usualmente por parte de sus parejas, esposos, cónyuges, enamorados o que hayan tenido algún vínculo en el pasado, muchos de los cuales generaron la muerte de la víctima; conducta que en nuestra legislación está tipificada, como feminicidio o tentativa de feminicidio, dependiendo del resultado, sucesos que cuando fue de conocimiento de la prensa, dio lugar a titulares llamativos y una cobertura a nivel nacional impresionante. En el contexto de normativa nacional destinada a la protección de la mujer se han hecho modificaciones legales para poder contrarrestar esta ola de violencia que amenaza la integridad de las mujeres víctimas de violencia, se implementaron leyes con la finalidad de proteger la integridad y la vida de la mujer, dentro de esas figuras legales encontramos leyes sobre violencia familiar, con este trabajo de investigación se pretende analizar cuál es el nivel de influencia que tienen los medios de comunicación en el desarrollo y desenlace de los procesos judiciales llevados a cabo básicamente por la comisión del delito de feminicidio. De la misma manera se tratará de analizar cuál es la repercusión de los mismos en el proceso y si estos al ejercer un juicio previo o paralelo influyen en la decisión del juez y vulneran derechos fundamentales como el debido proceso y la presunción de inocencia.
In recent years in our country, we have witnessed the alarming growth and media exposure of violence suffered by women usually by their partners, spouses, spouses, lovers or who have had some connection in the past, many of which generated the death of the victim; conduct that is typified in our legislation, such as femicide or attempted feminicide, depending on the result, events that when it was made known to the press, gave rise to striking headlines and impressive national coverage. In the context of national legislation aimed at the protection of women, legal modifications have been made to counteract this wave of violence that threatens the integrity of women victims of violence, laws were implemented to protect the integrity and life of women. the woman, within these legal figures we find laws on family violence, with this research work we try to analyze what is the level of influence that communication fears have on the development and outcome of the judicial processes carried out basically by the commission of the crime of feminicide. In the same way it would be to analyze what is the impact of the same in the process and if these to exercise a prior or parallel trial influence the decision of the judge and violate fundamental rights such as due process and the presumption of innocence.
