Through this research work, we have developed a business plan for the Azzaro Group, with the objective of enhancing consolidated financial results by establishing a subsidiary dedicated to the corporate facilities cleaning industry for their current clients within the business-to-business (B2B) segment. A detailed analysis of the competition and the environment has been conducted using PEST analysis and Porter's 5 competitive forces as basis for developing the business model, market study, and commercial planning. Additionally, we have developed an organization chart and management structure for improving the business. We believe that the business plan has incorporated the necessary business strategies for the project's success, with a focus on three key aspects: synergies with a functional approach, as detailed by Bauer y Friesl (2022); sales through cross-selling, adhering to the financial and non-financial directives described by Homburg et al. (2020); and the transfer of know-how, viewed from the franchisor's perspective as described by Bui et al. (2022). Finally, a financial analysis has been development to determine the project's viability and the impact of the expected results from the new subsidiary on the consolidated financial outcome. The conclusions also outline the effect on consolidated EBITDA, individual return rate, and the net present value of the investment in the subsidiary."
