The objective of the present investigation was to determine how the learning styles relate to the level of learning achievement of the official students of the Leadership and Management Battalion of the Intendance Battalion in the School of the Army - 2017. The approach It was a quantitative research, descriptive correlational type, non-experimental design. The population was made up of 32 captains, the sample was of census type, to whom the Honey - Alonso Learning Styles Questionnaire (CHAEA) was applied, which consists of 80 questions referred to the variable learning styles; for the variable level of academic achievement, the weighted average was taken into account. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was carried out, reaching the empirical demonstration that a majority supports or positively considers the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; the styles most used by Intendency captains are the PRAGMATIC (11 students, 34%) and the ACTIVE (8 students, 25%), this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. Likewise, 68.8% reach HIGH LEVEL of learning. It was concluded that the learning styles are related to the level of academic achievement of the official students of the Leadership and Management Diploma in the Intendance Battalion of the Intendance School - 2017.
