Cultura organizacional y motivación laboral en el sistema de investigación, desarrollo e innovación del Ejército (SIDIE), 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y la motivación en el Sistema de Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación del Ejército del Perú SIDIE, con el fin de entender si afecta de manera positiva o negativa. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 40 integrantes del SIDIE y la muestra fue de tipo censal, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios, un para cultura organizacional y otro para motivación laboral con una escala de cinco categorías de respuestas para cada uno de los cuestionarios. Los instrumentos tuvieron alta confiabilidad. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados obtenidos y se llegó a la conclusión general siguiente: Existe una relación positiva alta entre la cultura organizacional y la motivación laboral en el Sistema de Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación del Ejercito del Perú.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and motivation in the Research, Development and Innovation System of the Army of Peru SIDIE, in order to understand whether it affects positively or negatively. The research approach was quantitative, applied type, correlational descriptive level, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 40 members of the SIDIE and the sample was of a census type, to whom two questionnaires were applied, one for organizational culture and another for work motivation with a scale of five categories of responses for each of the questionnaires. The instruments had high reliability. The analysis corresponding to the results obtained was carried out and the following general conclusion was reached: There is a high positive relationship between organizational culture and work motivation in the Research, Development and Innovation System of the Peruvian Army.
