The present research work has the purpose of demonstrating that the inclusive values of tolerance, empathy and equity significantly influence the Disruptive Behaviors of the students of the 3rd year of secondary school of the I.E. 81003 “Cesar A. Vallejo Mendoza” Trujillo - 2019. The population was 150 students and the sample was 25 students for the experimental group and 25 students for the control group to whom the measuring instruments were applied. The procedures used were those provided by statistics, starting with the construction of tables, construction of graphs and the application of the statistical test of hypothesis testing to test the research hypothesis. It was determined in the students of the experimental group, that 68.0% of them obtained a mild level in disruptive behaviors in the posttest after the application of inclusive values of tolerance, empathy and equity, as well as in the personality behaviors dimension 60.0% of them obtained a mild level in posttest; In the antisocial behavior dimension, 52.0% of them obtained a mild level in posttest; in the undisciplinary behavior dimension 52.0% of them obtained a mild level in posttest and in the aggressive behavior dimension 68.0% of them obtained a mild level in posttest; finally determining that there is a significant difference between the scores obtained in the posttest with those obtained in the pre-test in the experimental group in levels of disruptive behaviors (p <0.05), as a result of the application of inclusive tolerance values, Empathy and equity. The same situation occurred in the dimensions considered (p <0.05). It was concluded that the inclusive values of tolerance, empathy and equity significantly influence disruptive behaviors in students in the 3rd year of high school of the I.E. 81003 “Cesar A. Vallejo Mendoza” Trujillo - 2019.
