ABSTRACT The present research, titled "E-commerce Factors and Their Influence on Customer Loyalty in Department Stores in Peru, 2022," aimed to determine how ecommerce factors influence customer loyalty. A quantitative non-experimental transactional research approach was used, employing an inductive, statistical, analytical, descriptive, and synthetic methodology. Data collection was carried out through surveys using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, with a sample of 384 participants selected for the study. The analysis conclusively supported the influence of e-commerce factors on customer loyalty. This assertion was further substantiated with a significance level of 0.05 and confirmed through a linear regression test. In other words, the implementation of strategies to enhance user experience, offer quality content, ensure security, and provide efficient post-sales service fosters satisfactory and trust-based relationships with customers, thereby increasing customer loyalty. It is noteworthy that perceived security was identified as the most influential factor in e-commerce. In summary, the results provided evidence that supported the notion that various aspects related to e-commerce significantly influence a company's ability to retain and foster customer loyalty, both in economic terms and in terms of brand perception.
