This research aims to describe how the Padlet digital wall encourages the development of Critical Thinking in General Training students of the History course of a private university in Lima in 2020-II. The data was collected through an in-depth interview with unstructured questions, the perceptions of the students about the use of Padlet were collected in activities of analysis and interpretation, argumentation and self-regulation. The instrument was applied to a sample of ten participants of both genders derived from a population of twenty students. The study has a qualitative approach, descriptive scope and phenomenological design. The obtained results show that collaborative activities with Padlet activate critical thinking skills in a pleasant work environment. Linked to the internet, the students work with Padlet in the search and selection of sources of information in different formats and organize on the wall the elements of analysis that are appropriate and pertinent to the study topic. Visualization facilitates the process of analysis, reflection and the construction of arguments. In the process, students generate proposals, discuss and agree on the formalization of the final product, allowing the review, questioning and self-regulation of their own points of view, posing proposals with a new perspective. It is concluded that Padlet as a tool to support teaching work proposes constructivist learning, The initiative of the participants is mobilized through virtual interaction promoted by creativity, motivating research to find answers, build supported arguments, infer situations and propose new perspectives and solutions. In addition, students strengthen teamwork, communicaton, tolerance and respect skills.
