The research aims to determine the level of use of digital skills in the teaching performance of the Business Administration career of a private university of Lima 2018. The participants were 60 teachers, where 24 are women (40%) and 36 (60%) are males. The focus of the study is quantitative and the scope is descriptive correlational whose design is transectional. The collection of the information was carried out through the questionnaire instrument taking as reference the European Framework of digital competences of the Digcompedu educators, which consists of a set of questions categorized in ordinal scale, for this an instrument with six dimensions was developed and 33 items on the use of digital skills. The questionnaire has been validated through the judgment of two experts who determined the applicability of the instrument to measure the digital competence variable. Likewise, a reliability test was determined with Cronbach's alpha (0.961), which indicates a high reliability of the data collected in the present investigation. Likewise, the results of the evaluation of the teaching performance of a private university were used, which served as a source of information for the analysis. The results show the levels of use of teachers' digital competence; as well as the analysis of its dimensions and its impact on teacher performance in order for teachers to have an initial proposal and from this continue preparing, and training to develop new and better learning strategies for the benefit of students. It is concluded that the crossing of variables of the level of use of digital competence in teaching performance for the very high and high levels represents 84%. However, there are 16% of teachers whose results are not at very high and high levels, for which it is proposed to establish mechanisms and strategies that will enhance digital skills in teaching performance in the business administration career.
