The automotive growth in our city leads to a massive increase of parking lots. Despite the economical benefits, some factors overshadow the initial prestige of this innovative and commercial idea (e.g. faults or failures in the data management systems of customers and their vehicles). Thus, it is necessary the creation and implementation of new methods and strategies to organize the parking lot system of a practical way according to the latest modern technologies, which would guarantee faster delivery of the services related to the parking and care of the vehicles. For this reason, we first realized a detailed and dedicated inspection of a representative number of parking lots in the city of Arequipa that evidenced, the lack or absence of digital systems and applications that would facilitate the management of data necessary for the management of parking service. Then, considering this evidence, we did the current project of innovation and commercial reinforcement that proposes in an exact way the creation of a new: "computer system of management, control and reserves of places of an automated parking". This project would undoubtedly achieve a technological development of the parking lot services in Arequipa in terms of organization that in consequence would put the city in front of the advanced countries in the provision of such service. This project establish a web system that allows the manager to control the circulation of vehicles in a parking lot, count the entries and exits of vehicles, control the acces to the parking and prevent the entry of vehicles when it is full. The costumer can follow the time the vehicle stays in the parking lot and make a reservation before going to the parking lot. In addition, this convenient and easy to use application gives the costumer a quality service that is not available in several parking lots. This project was elaborated using the rest architecture, so it was divided into three layers: the entity layers (objects representative of the database), the data access layer dao (this layer will relate to the base of Data directly using jdbc technology for its high agreement) and the services layer that is in charge of sending requests and http requests to clients. System for end users: this application was realized in rest cordova framework that is a hybrid application (javascript, html5 and css3).
