Academic work (Action Plan) has the general purpose of strengthening the management of school climate to improve teaching practice regarding school climate and good coexistence in the Initial Educational Institution - Elementary No. 0068- "Pedro Antonio Cumapa Pizango" of the farmhouse La Victoria - Uchiza-Tocache, and specific objectives such as: Empower in the application of strategies for solving school climate problems in the educational institution, Optimize monitoring and accompaniment for collaborative work in the educational institution, Involve teachers with communication strategies in the educational institution. In this sense, a participatory action research was proposed, in order to strengthen the school climate to improve teaching practice. The population surveyed were 2 teachers. The in-depth interview technique was used. After the analysis of the answers given by the teachers, it was concluded that the director, as a pedagogical leader, is the one who should motivate and guide the teachers of the educational institution; that is, he is indicated as the main person responsible for the work of school management. With the objective of improving the work of teachers in the use of strategies for solving school climate and communication problems through collaborative work, thanks to monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching work.
