This action plan is a qualitative academic work, its purpose is to achieve the learning standards set by Ipeba, in order to achieve accreditation, to which the country's educational institutions are subject. The in-depth interview was elaborated and then applied to a sample of 7 teachers; with the purpose of identifying their perception on the application of appropriate methodological strategies to productive technical education and potentiate the formative evaluation in the CETPRO "Arsenio Mendoza Flor" of the district of Amarilis - Huánuco. Among the most outstanding conclusions we have that: The principal as a pedagogical leader is the main person in charge of school management, he is the one who must train effective leaders within the school. The motivated teachers will shape their pedagogical practice in their workshop classroom, thus improving the terminal capacities of the students, according to the Ipeba standards. The development of motivational workshops is a strategy that is aimed at awakening the motivation of teachers to undertake improvement plans, enhancing their skills, making them aware of alternatives and available information on good practices carried out in other CETPROs Learning communities that allow the implementation and adequate contextualization of the curricular design, is a model that allows the maximum use of the time that teachers dedicate to their professional development, which has the possibility of being cooperative, while the improvement of teaching practice can arise from its own reflection and experience. This definition is taken into account considering that through the learning communities the teacher develops continuous learning processes individually and collectively, demonstrating responsibility and commitment in the implementation and contextualization of the curricular design, for which they propose to carry out activities that allow collaboratively plan and complement projects together, as well as visualize teamwork from a critical perspective and stimulate the achievements of the work to generate a positive impact on the quality of educational service and student learning.
