This Action Plan, whose general objective is to improve curricular management to increase learning levels regarding the area of Science, Technology and Environment at the secondary level in the Manuel Scorza de Tocache Educational Institution. The type of action research, which is applied in this work, is a process that seeks to understand an aspect of society through the use of active, constant and collaborative research by researchers, which leads to improving their own knowledge whose purpose is to trigger a change of social order with implications of decision making. The sample is made up of secondary level students and 03 secondary level teachers of the Manuel Scorza de Tocache Public Educational Institution, to whom the structured Interview technique is applied with the instrument called In-depth Interview; In addition, the information from the results of the Complete School Day Information System and from the monitoring records is used. Among the main results, it is considered that there is insufficient school management regarding planning, the MAE and the use of materials, whose consequences are evident in the pedagogical practices of teachers in the CTA area and that generates unsatisfactory levels of learning of the students. students. It is concluded that the greater the lack of teacher preparation, there is a significant decrease in the learning levels of the CTA area.
