The mentioned academic work entitled Curriculum Management in the competition reads various types of texts written in their mother tongue at the I.E. No. 34127 in the Province Daniel Alcides Carrión- Pasco; It is of a qualitative type, whose purpose is improve curricular management to optimize levels of achievement of competencies of the communication area, executed by the director and the teachers as direct beneficiaries. The instrument used was the in-depth interview applied to 5 teachers; with the purpose of identifying their conception of the didactic processes in the competencies in that area. Among the most outstanding conclusions we have, that the director as a leader teacher is the main person responsible for school management, he is the one who must train effective leaders within the school. Motivated teachers will shape their practice teaching in your classroom, thereby improving the learning of your students. For This will involve them promoting learning circles as a strategy that It will allow the professional exchange between them, managing to improve the quality education through distributive leadership, collaborative work, and its development professional. By strengthening curricular management and teaching performance, it will improve student learning, finally getting them to communicate, read and produce with a critical, reflective sense; being able to express their opinion, thereby allowing them to be competent in the context in which they develop.
