The present qualitative academic work, has the purpose of improving and strengthening the process of accompaniment, monitoring and evaluation in the Educational Institution "Carlos Wiesse" of the city of Juanjui, they participate in the design and application of the interview to a total of 10 teachers; in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the process of accompaniment and monitoring of the classroom teacher and also to know their perception about the management of strategies to raise the levels of achievement in the competences of the different areas. Among the most outstanding conclusions we have that: The principal as a pedagogical leader is the main person responsible for school management, manages and organizes good pedagogical practices and in contributing to the increase in learning results. The principal's leadership affects student performance as long as it contributes to developing learning environments for teachers, encourages fluid communication with them, supervises, constantly accompanies and monitors them, shares decision-making with them, motivates and encourages them your capabilities; in this way it would improve the performance of teachers in the classroom, which would imply improvements in student performance. Professional learning communities is a strategy that will allow work at the teacher level, managing to improve educational quality through distributive leadership, collaborative work, and professional development among peers.
