Peru lacks a “code” that promotes the standardization of technical instruments for reporting mining exploration results, consequently there is no standardized methodology; For this reason, the objective of this study was to develop the geological evaluation, evaluation of external factors and valuation to determine their influence on the standardization of the technical instrument for the management of mining prospects; The type of research is applied at an explanatory and correlational level; non-experimental longitudinal design and the sample was made up of 41 mining executives. The information was collected using the survey technique and the instrument used was the questionnaire; The reliability of the instrument was determined with Cronbach's alpha; whose result for the “methodology” variable is 0.93, this defines that the instrument has a high consistency and for the “dependent” variable it is equal to 0.794, this indicates good consistency; In the normality test the significance level is equal to (0.00) less than (0.05), here the sample does not have a normal distribution, therefore, the test is “non-parametric”. For the hypothesis test, Spearman's Rho was applied; The significance level being 0.024, this coefficient being less than 0.05 contrasted with the study hypothesis and the decision criterion, it was determined that the “methodology” variable (geological factor, external factors and valuation) significantly influence the standardization of the instrument. technical for the management of mining prospects. In conclusión; the significant influence of the factors studied in the standardization of a technical instrument resolves the lack of a standardized methodology and this covers the need to have said instrument in Peru, which must be regulated (Peruvian Code)
