Abstract: El presente informe de Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional cuyo tema es “Obras Civiles para Instalaciones Electromecánicas en una Planta Industrial”, tiene por objeto dar a conocer el proceso constructivo de las diferentes estructuras que intervienen, la planificación de la obra, elaboración del plan de seguridad, problemática e incidencia en el costo de un sistema de drenaje para una subestación eléctrica (SE) ubicada en zona de sierra con presencia frecuente de lluvia, y otra SE ubicada en el Distrito de Huachipa - San Juan de Lurigancho, Departamento de Lima.
El desarrollo del informe se divide en cuatro capítulos, las cuales comprenden:
En el Capítulo I, la introducción, basado en la evolución de la electricidad en el Perú, como parte fundamental del desarrollo económico, la situación actual de energía eléctrica, cuadros comparativos con otros países de la región, asimismo, la ejecución de las obras civiles en instalaciones electromecánicas en una planta industrial.
Se mencionan además los conceptos de las diferentes estructuras que intervienen, la disposición de estas en la conformación de la SE, así como la descripción de los trabajos ejecutados.
En el Capítulo II, corresponde al fundamento teórico, las cuales comprende el desarrollo de todas las actividades de la obra, mencionando en primer lugar las características de diseño de las SE y todo lo que conlleva a un estado de elaboración de Expediente Técnico de obras civiles antes de su ejecución.
En el Capítulo III, se desarrollarán todos los procesos constructivos de las obras civiles que intervienen.
En el Capítulo IV, se detalla mediante cuadros de presupuestos, la incidencia en el costo de un sistema de drenaje pluvial de una SE ubicada en zona de sierra, con presencia frecuente de lluvia y otra SE ubicada en Lima.
Asimismo, comprenden las conclusiones, recomendaciones y finalmente las referencias bibliográficas, así como sus anexos.
This report of Professional Sufficiency Work, the subject of “Civil Works for Electromechanical Installations in an Industrial Plant“, aims to make known the constructive process of the different structures involved, the planning of the work, elaboration of the safety plan, problems and impact on the cost of a drainage system for an electrical substation (SE) located in the mountain area with frequent presence of rain, and another SE located in the District of Huachipa - San Juan Lurigancho, Lima Department. The delivery of land for the execution of the Gloria SE, was carried out with the presence of interferences, such as weeds and shrubs, a metal structure used for a guard post, a cistern with brick walls, a drain pipe for evacuation to a cistern, and a presence of saturated ground. This report is divided into four chapters which include: Chapter I includes the introduction, based on referential background of the evolution of electricity in Peru, as a fundamental part of economic development, the current situation of the industry, comparative tables with other countries in the region, as well as its problems. The concepts of the different structures that intervene are also mentioned. In chapter II, corresponds to the theoretical foundation, which includes the development of all the activities of the work, mentioning first of all the design characteristics of the SE and everything that leads to a state of preparation of the file before its execution. This also refers to the development of the safety plan of the work. In chapter III, all the constructive processes of the civil works that intervene will be developed. In chapter IV, it is detailed by means of budget tables, the incidence in the cost of a storm drainage system of an SE located in the sierra area, with frequent presence of rain. They also include the conclusions, recommendations and finally the bibliographical references, as well as their annexes.
