In the present thesis, the queuing theory mathematical models is applied. As we know the queuing theory no optimize, but its result are used to take suitable and opportune decisions; in these operations of loading and hauling; where it is possible to say that the mining equipment that are used to loading and hauling belong to a finite population and with the application of the queuing theory and a suitable supervision the not productive times of work can be avoided. It is necessary to emphasize that, to obtain a good productivity of the mining equipment of loading and hauling is indispensable have in mind a good design of the patterns of drilling and rock blasting (B x S), the selection of the explosive together with the accessories of blasting, and the typical physical - mechanical of the rock mass, which result is to obtain a suitable fragmentation of the rock as a product of the rock blasting.
