Estudio in vitro de trasportación apical generada con el sistema mecánico irace® y manual roane en raíces de premolares humanos.

Abstract

El objetivo es comparar in vitro la transportación apical en conductos de premolares unirradiculares de curvatura moderada producida con la técnica mecánica del sistema iRaCe® y la manual Roane de fuerzas balanceadas mediante tomografía computarizada cone beam, el método de estudio fue de tipo básico, la muestra estuvo constituida por 40 conductos radiculares de premolares unirradiculares humanos, como resultado de 55% de transporte apical mesial y la transportación vestíbulo lingual obtuvo un resultado de 60% de transporte apical lingual, después de la instrumentación con la técnica mecánica iRaCe® en conclusión existe diferencia entre la transportación apical en conductos de premolares de curvatura moderada, siendo de 95% para la técnica mecánica del sistema iRaCe®y de 90% para la manual de Roane (p-valor 0,000<0,05)

The objective is to compare in vitro the apical transport in unirradicular premolar canals of moderate curvature produced with the mechanical technique of the iRaCe® system and the manual Roane of balanced forces by means of cone beam computed tomography, the study method was basic, the sample consisted of 40 root canals of human unirradicular premolars, The result was 55% of mesial apical transport and the lingual vestibule transport obtained a result of 60% of lingual apical transport, after instrumentation with the iRaCe® mechanical technique, in conclusion there is a difference between the apical transport in moderately curved premolar canals, being 95% for the iRaCe® system mechanical technique and 90% for the Roane manual technique (p-value 0.000<0.05).
