Objective: To determine the total family risk during the health emergency because of COVID-19 in households with children under 5 years of age in the district of Yanahuanca, Pasco - 2022. Materials and methods: This is a quantitative approach research, with a crosssectional descriptive design. 159 heads of the household participated in this study. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the RFT5:33 questionnaire, which has 33 items and 5 dimensions. Results: Regarding total family risk, the low risk predominated with 62.9% (n=100), followed by threatened family with 20.1% (n=32) and high risk with 17% (n=27). Concerning its dimensions, the threatened family predominated in psycho-affective conditions with 81.1% (n=129) and in high risk with 18.9% (n=30), in health services and practices predominated the threatened family with 80.5 % (n=128) and the high risk with 19.5% (n=31), the threatened family with 78% (n=124) and the high risk with 22% (n=35) predominated in housing and neighborhood conditions, in socioeconomic condition, it predominated with 73% (n=116) and the high risk with 27% (n=43) and finally, in management of minors, it predominated with 81.8% (n=130) and high risk with 18.2% (n=29). Conclusions: Regarding total family risk, the low risk was more relevant, followed by threatened family and high risk. In the dimensions, threatened families prevailed.
