Propuesta de diseño de un modelo de sistema web de para la reducción de los errores en matrículas en un centro de capacitación técnico productivo

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como propósito el desarrollo de una propuesta de un sistema web para la reducción de errores en matrículas en el CETPRO San JUAN que permite mejorar la elaboración de las fichas de matrículas. La problemática se identificó cuando los estudiantes al querer matricularse no completaban bien sus datos y creaban fichas de matrículas erradas o con información falsa, esto a su vez no permitía la elaboración adecuada de registros de notas, trayendo como consecuencia no poder elaborar a tiempo las fichas de nóminas y actas; y esto dificultaba la entrega de certificados oficiales hacia los estudiantes, en tal sentido se necesitó una solución informática mediante la ejecución de un sistema web que posibilite a los estudiantes poder ingresar sus datos de forma adecuada. Actualmente en las organizaciones educativas, mantener sus fichas de matrícula ordenadas y de manera correcta es fundamental ya que se elaborar correctos registros de notas que a su vez permiten una elaboración a tiempo de nóminas y actas, reduciendo en la entrega de los certificados oficiales a los estudiantes. La gestión de matrículas es la principal preocupación, ya que es la base fundamental para la existencia del CETPRO, puesto que, le permite cumplir con sus tiempos establecidos en la elaboración de registros, nóminas y actas, y entrega de certificados oficiales.

The present work had as purpose the development of a proposal of a web system for the reduction of errors in registrations in the CETPRO San JUAN that allows to improve the elaboration of the registration forms. The problem was identified when students, when wanting to enroll, did not complete their data well and created wrong enrollment cards or with false information, this in turn did not allow the proper preparation of grade records, resulting in not being able to prepare the cards on time. payroll and records; and this made it difficult to deliver official certificates to students, in this sense a computer solution was needed through the execution of a web system that enables students to enter their data properly. Currently in educational organizations, keeping their enrollment forms in order and correctly is essential since correct records of grades are prepared, which in turn allow timely preparation of payroll and minutes, reducing the delivery of official certificates to students. students. Enrollment management is the main concern, since it is the fundamental basis for the existence of CETPRO, since it allows it to meet its established times in the preparation of records, payroll and minutes, and the delivery of official certificates.
