Aceptación de la tecnología y el desempeño de tareas en los trabajadores de las mypes de calzado en Trujillo

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la aceptación de la tecnología y desempeño de tareas en los trabajadores de mypes de calzado en Trujillo en el año 2024. El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, transaccional y correlacional. Se aplicó el instrumento del cuestionario a una muestra de 174 trabajadores y se obtuvo una alta confiabilidad (α > 0.9), validado por tres expertos. Se encontró una relación significativa entre las variables (rho = 0.464; p < 0.001), lo que refleja un vínculo importante entre las variables estudiadas. Según los trabajadores de mypes de calzado en Trujillo, el uso de la tecnología en el trabajo y en el desempeño laboral son factores estrechamente relacionados con su desempeño de tareas. Una limitación encontrada en este estudio fue que algunos trabajadores mayores de 45 años no tienen una relación positiva con la tecnología, por lo que manifestaron mediante sus respuestas no estar de acuerdo con su uso en el trabajo, pues, su desempeño no se veía afectado. Se recomienda a las mypes de calzado en Trujillo mantenerse a la vanguardia con respecto a la innovación empresarial en el rubro de calzado, pues ello, les permitirá ser más competitivos en el mercado

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the acceptance of technology and task performance in footwear mypes workers in Trujillo in the year 2024. The approach of the study was quantitative, with a non- experimental, transactional and correlational design. The questionnaire instrument was applied to a sample of 174 workers and high reliability was obtained (α > 0.9), validated by three experts. A significant relationship was found between the variables (rho = 0.464; p < 0.001), which reflects an important link between the variables studied. According to the footwear mypes workers in Trujillo, the use of technology at work and the use of technology in work performance are factors closely related to the workers' task performance. A limitation found in this study was that some workers over 45 years of age do not have a positive relationship with technology, which is why they expressed through their responses that they do not agree with the use of technology in their work, since their performance is not was affected in relation to its use. It is recommended that footwear companies in Trujillo stay at the forefront with respect to business innovation in the footwear sector, as this will allow them to be more competitive in the market
