The problem addressed in this work is the lack of time to prepare healthy foods, insufficient financial resources to acquire nutritional counseling services and the lack of motivation to follow a nutritional plan in overweight or obese people between 25 and 55 years located in modern Lima. This problem was determined through in-depth interviews where the main behavior patterns and the user's profile were identified, taking into account their activities, motivations and problems. The proposed solution was the development of a digital platform that connects users with registered nutritionists and restaurants so that they can provide nutritional advice and healthy eating services, respectively; Additionally, users will be part of a support community within the platform with a series of benefits in order to motivate them to meet their goals. The objective of the proposed solution is to improve people's quality of life through a change in habits around a good diet. During the evaluation of the business model, various hypotheses related to the desirability of the product by users, restaurants and nutritionists were validated, making use of the final prototype developed in the Proto.io software. Hypotheses related to feasibility, which involved sales projections and the marketing budget, were also validated. Finally, the financial viability was validated where an NPV of S/ 6, 612, 728 and an IRR of 74% was obtained, making the business economically viable for partners and investors.
