The increasing massification of vehicular traffic in the city of Lima, has caused a collapse in the transport system, these results cause discomfort in the population and significant damage to the environment. Is for this reason that boosting the use of the bicycle is fundamental for governments and is booming due the coronavirus pandemic. In this scenario, this business proposal was born, called EnRutaT, through which it seeks to solve the needs of cyclists on their daily route. This proposal seeks to promote a secure collaborative system and generate a cycling community. To carry out this project, agile methodologies and collaborative elements of scientific research have been used, the final prototype is a joint system between a mobile application and an intelligent device attached to the bicycle. EnRutaT is a disruptive and exponential proposal that focuses on the user and their safety, so it uses the data of cyclists to generate personalized experiences and a constant update of the system, guaranteeing the perpetuity of the business; being a replicable model in various cities around the world.
