El problema de un modelo de control difuso “concentrado” : La inconstitucionalidad de la consulta

Abstract

El presente artículo académico tiene como finalidad determinar la inconstitucionalidad de la consulta al momento de operar obligatoriamente sobre las resoluciones que versan sobre el ejercicio del control difuso. Para ello, es necesario analizar la figura jurídica de la consulta, la figura del control difuso, y la relación entre ambos.
