This project was carried out triggered by an expectant need to serve the cargo transport market in order to improve contact between parties involved. To corroborate this need, we carried out a market study and we interviewed load generators such as cargo transport companies precisely to reveal the need, their pain points and be able to propose a solution that can cover both needs. In this context, the idea of building a technological platform that we call E-Kargo, was born. For which we built a business model with a value proposition that serves both users related to cargo transport service. Therefore, we submitted our solution prototype to desirability hypotheses to identify the willingness that users would have to use our solution. We also subjected the business model to feasibility hypotheses to estimate the results that we would obtain with the marketing strategies and finally the financial viability hypotheses where through different scenarios we can corroborate whether the model is attractive to investors. In this way, we concluded that E-Kargo is a business model that requires an investment of S/. 1’200,000 and that generates economic value with a NPV of S /. 3’990,000 and an IRR of 110%. Likewise, the model has a social impact that contributes to various goals of SDG 8, with a social NPV that exceeds S/. 440,000. Therefore, the project is not only financially viable, but also has a high value for society, which is why its implementation in the market is recommended as soon as possible.
