Auditoría operativa y la rentabilidad de la empresa Espectáculo Producciones SAC, Lima, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera la Auditoria Operativa influye en la Rentabilidad de la Empresa Espectáculo Producciones S.A.C. Lima 2021, La parte metodológica empleada fue que tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, una investigación de tipo básica, nivel correlacional – explicativo, su población fue de 16 trabajadores, se prescindió de muestra debido a que se pudo abordar con accesibilidad a toda la población identificada. En lo que respecta a la recolección de datos se realizaron 2 cuestionarios con Ítems cerrados, con la escala de Likert que se aplicaron a la población de estudio. Los cuestionarios previamente fueron dados a 3 jueces para que den su veredicto, los tres jueces dieron su informe favorable a ambos cuestionarios, también se calculo la fiabilidad y confiabilidad del instrumento mediante el alfa de Cronbach cuyos coeficiente fueron: 0,764 y 0,862 respectivamente en los cuestionarios para las variables auditoría operativa y rentabilidad respectivamente, el cual concluyo que era altamente confiable. Se concluyo que la auditoría operativa tiene una relación significativa con la rentabilidad de la Empresa Espectáculo Producciones SAC Lima, 2021. Tiene una influencia alta de (0,0790) basado en la tabla de coeficiente de correlación de Pearson.

The main objective of this research work was to determine how the Operational Audit influences the Profitability of the Company Spectacular Production’s S.A.C. Lima 2021. The methodological part used was that it had a quantitative approach, a basic type of research, correlational level – explanatory, its population was 16 workers, the sample was dispensed with because it could be addressed with accessibility to the entire identified population. Regarding data collection, 2 questionnaires were carried out with closed items, with the Likert scale that were applied to the study population. The questionnaires were previously given to 3 judges to give their verdict, the three judges gave their favorable report to both questionnaires, the reliability and reliability of the instrument were also calculated using Cronbach's alpha whose coefficient were: 0.764 and 0.862 respectively in the questionnaires for the variables operational audit and profitability respectively, which I conclude was highly reliable. It was concluded that the operational audit has a significant relationship with the profitability of the Spectacular Production’s SAC Lima, 2021. It has a high influence of (0.0790) based on Pearson's correlation coefficient table.
